Our meats are slow smoked in house with a combination of apple and hickory woods.

All of our sauces and rubs are made in house.
SWEET CAROLINE'S: Momo's Signature House BBQ Sauce. A Memphis style tomato based sweet sauce with a touch of apple.
TANGY TEXAS: A peppery tomato based sauce with a vinegar and mustard tang.
ALABAMA WHITE: A 3 pepper mayo-based sauce (MoMo's personal favorite).
CARLOINA PIG PICKN': An eastern Carolina cider vinegar based sauce with a red pepper kick
CAROLINA RED: A Carolina vinegar based sauce with a little tomato taste.
KC THICK-N-STICKEY: A Thick KC style sauce sweetened with molasses and brown sugar.
APPLE BUTTER: A PA Dutch tomato based sauce made with local apple butter.
MANGO HABENERO #1: Sweet mangoes mellow the heat of hot habeneros.
RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE: Smoky chipotle flavor up front with a sweet raspberry finish.
BERRY BERRY: Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries with a kick of cayenne.
JALAPENO PEACH: A spicy sweet Georgia treat.
SPICY MAPLE BOURBON: A hot, smokey, sweet tomato based sauce. The hottest one Momo's offers.
